The ideal candidate for this job is truly capable of
doing a variety of handy-person chores and loves working
outside much of the time on our 31-acres set in the
Summit-Waller area of Pierce County. (You just can't beat
our view of Mount Rainier!) Some of the duties involve
some mechanical or light carpentry skill. We're looking for
a handy person who will love us back into shape.

Janitorial Services

Submit bid proposals for janitorial services for two commercial buildings with offices, classrooms, recreation lounges, reception and common areas. Approximately 9,000 square feet. Basic cleaning required twice per week during office hours, trash disposal, floors, windows, hard surfaces, carpets, commercial kitchen, pantry & bathrooms. Seasonal cleaning as needed (strip & wax floors, carpet cleaning, exterior windows).
Services to two other locations may be included in bid proposal or in a separate proposal. Advise if bid includes any equipment or supplies or whether business is required to provide.
Applicant must be licensed Washington business, WSP background checks required of all employees servicing location. Nature of social services provided at location may require DSHS background check.
